What an incredible weekend of shows!  For everyone that was able to make it and support us at one or both shows, we greatly appreciate you and love you!  Without you, it’s nothing more than a dress rehearsal but you make it a show!! 

We would like to thank Plugged IN Promotions and Peter Deluca for giving us yet another incredible show to support Flying High Again at The Spinning Jenny.  A huge thank you also to the sponsors (Vito's Pizza and Attorney Rob Ianuario) as well as to 93.3 The Planet Rocks.  Last but certainly not least, David Cannon - sound engineer extraordinaire!  You rock my friend!!! 

We would also like to thank Mike Harrison and JP Miller and the wonderful staff at Fyreside Taproom and Eatery for their wonderful hospitality!  A huge special shout out and thank you to our brother,  Ronnie Williams from Chasing Phoenix Band for coming in last minute and saving the day by running sound when Illness prevented the soundman we had scheduled from being there.  You are a life saver and did an awesome job for us!  We will definitely do this again sometime soon! Thanks to Zee Phoenix for letting us borrow Ronnie! 😉. 

Next week we will be debuting at Downtown Sports Bar & Lounge on Friday, September 23rd!  We look forward to seeing everyone there!

It's not everyday that - 1. you get a chance to play on such a great stage in an awesome venue and 2. the show sells out of online tickets!  Make no mistake, the bands coming before and after us are no slouches so this makes us very thankful and is such a humbling experience.  We want to thank Steven Seagle aka Nikki Sixx from The Crue - Motley Crue Tribute for inviting us onto this bill!  For those that got your tickets, we can't wait to see you.  For those that were unable to come or get tickets, check on the Apps & Taps Facebook page the night of the show.  Sometimes they will live stream the show!  Thank you to all who purchased tickets to this show - we will not disappoint you!

Hammer Down would like to thank everyone for an incredible night of Rock n Roll last night at After Hours Tavern.  We especially want to thank the guys in American Hair Band (Darrin Fitch, Steve Peralta, Jeff Reid, Brent Dunbar and Freddy Trumbower) for allowing to share the stage with them once again!  We would also like to thank Jen Jen and Leslie Anne Black for the great pictures and video.  (We finally had some good pictures of Robb!)  

Our mission last night was simple, to go into After Hours Tavern and blow the roof off the place and schedule to come back with a full show!  Part one is mission accomplished and part two is in the works. 

To the patrons of After Hours Tavern:  Holy shit did you guys deliver!  You were awesome to play for and the energy you gave back to us only inspired us to Rock even harder for you! 

To the management and staff of After Hours Tavern, thank you so much for your hospitality and allowing us to be apart of your Saturday night line up!  We certainly look forward to coming back very soon!
